playaviation
unfortunatly l don't have the pic's l sent to Jon l sent them straight from the camera but they have done a fantastic job on the repair the seat was split and the waterproof coating on the cordura had albut pealed off so the material looked like netting ! now l think it's so much better than a brand new seat
Mouthwash
Just a note to say a "Big Thanks" to Jon who renovated my TSG for free after the 24hr at Hoylake. I'd got one of the first ones and it was looking well used and abused, Jon noticed and offered to bring it back to life. The repair job is fantastic and he's upgraded the stiffeners to the latest spec. I owe you a pint mate!! Chris

Spyke
BUMP for buggybags.... Finally got round to fitting my siderails covers and custom buggybag both in red. http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/859/0074fu0.jpg http://img105.imageshack.us/img105/8113/0075qs9.jpg http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/3868/0076rw1.jpg Note: siderail covers are great and would fit better if my buggy didnt have so many random strengthening bars and straps under the seat . Also they are designed to have it so you cant see the cable ties, but my bellypan had other ideas... If anyone knows of where to get big red cable ties, feel free to point me in the right direction.. Also if anyone has any red barrows on 12mm bearings, that they wish to swap for cash get in touch!! or does anyone know of a good way of painting the ones i have? Naked Blade
Top job on the bags & side rails, Jon (& Helen!). All arrived today, as did the new RIPS bellypan, so plan to get it all fitted over the weekend All the best with the for the Mablethorpe trip. Looks like you'll have good winds anyway (16-25mph on the BBC site for Fri/Sat) .... hope the rain stays off and Wales get a good result against Italy Cheers Steve
Naked Blade
TSR's, Buggy bag & RIPS belly pan all fitted. Had to get some longer Hex bolts (70mm instead of 50mm) for the rear axle to accomodate the thickness of the RIPS, padding & rubber washer ...... but it looks sweet Will post a pic on the "show us your bellypan" or "readers' buggies" thread. White Squall
A well deserved bump for Jon and Helen at Buggybags. I recently ordered a custom made splashguard and a pair of side rail covers for my flexibug. I took a chance and ordered the custom splashguard before I got my swan neck back from the welders. They built the splash guard perfectly to the dim and when put together the whole lot fitted a treat. The quality is superb and the additional reinforcement an unexpected bonus. Excellent service and communication too. http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh242/cliffbaker/DSC00235c.jpg Thanks Cliff
BeamerBob
The buggybags splash guard and rail pads are really nice. I ordered a set of rail pads from Kitemaker4 here in the states and am about to install them. How did you know what dimensions to hit on your swan neck. That looks like it would alleviate all the discomfort I have in my buggy. I guess you just maintain your fork angle and use angles that allow your side rail plates to match up? How much drop did you end up with and how did you decide how much drop you wanted?
White Squall
Got some advice from the guys here http://www.racekites.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=22801&PID=279666#279666 I guess you just maintain your fork angle and use angles that allow your side rail plates to match up Thats pretty much it although I did increased the rake slightly over the standard. Will PM you the drawings I did. Dropped about 75mm (3") in all, about as low as I could get with the belly pan on. And I can tell you how glad I am that I've got tyhe bellypan on!! BeamerBob
Great, I can't wait to see how you went about it. I'll read the racekites thread too. I've yet to touch my rear but have pretty smooth places to ride. I'll have to tinker with how much I can drop things down. PM sent with email addy. Crispy
Not to mention they can also be filled with sand to enable to you to hold down a bigger kite, eh Jon? All of my BuggyBags kit is still going strong; a testament to the hard work of you and (mostly!) Helen, given the environment we subject it all to.
