chrisaxe21
Hi all, I'm staying with a friend on Wednesday (maybe Thursday too) and wondered which beaches near Bristol are the best for kite landboarding, and are allowed of course. Anyone free Wednesday / Thursday to meet up? I'll check the tide times too when I know which beaches to go to. Thanks Chris
Jholly
Weston super Mare has a dedicated traction kiting area at the uphill end, however you are meant to have insurance and be a member of a club, although if you see the guys in UFO Kites in weston I think the club membership is free (mine was anyway) as long as you have a valid bksa number. Pretty good spot, gets busy some weekends but most week days youll find the occasional buggier or static flyer, but rarely over crowded. As for anywhere else, im not sure. Hope that helps abit though. Oh and remember a helmet of some sort if you use weston. Sent from my GT-I9000 using Tapatalk
