crabman
My friend has had problems with PKS - showing items are in stock when they're not. I've used PKS a couple of times and i've had no problems I had the same thing. Ordered an AccessII when they went on special offer. Waited for ages, but put it down to what Boc mentioned earlier: the tough shit of living in the Highlands. They phoned me up after 2 weeks to tell me the item I'd ordered was not in stock. The guy on the phone went straight to the sweet talking and 2 days later I received a brand spankers AccessXC at the cost of a reduced AccessII. I didn't complain
garc
Never had any probs with Powerkite shop... ...but this winter has really shown us how the whole internet-shopping thing can fall apart. If you really have to have something by a certain date or time, best going to get it yourself from the 'real' shop. At the end of the day, you're just buying a picture on the internet aren't you ? What happens between that and the actual product turning up at your door is anybody's guess and it could take who-knows how-long !! The retailer can then apply a hundred excuses as to why things went wrong as well and no-one can prove a damn thing. You just get to wait a bit longer...and a bit longer...and a bit longer. It's like most things now. Everything's just getting too damned complicated.
smackay116
Sorry pf hub = parcle force hub The only way i can think of that you can got pissed of with pks is if they send you the wrong thing and wont change it. I'm betting pretty close tho. PKS have always been ok with me over the last 5 or 6 yrs. They are proper kiters not just guys out to make a buck BUT you cannot blame them for deliveries being late. Flying Frog
I never had probs with PKS when ordered. I always talked to them over the phone (call me old fashion) so that a knew what stuff I was getting exactly and could ask for recommendations (which they where more than happy to give). Unfortunately sometime you subsidise to someone else and it is this one that drop you in the deep s..t.

I love the optomistic way you say "lost". the only way to do it is pay the man for trackable insured and signed for deliverys. Its strange but these items never seem to get "lost" ?????????
