Roland123
hey guys! Quick question here, after some advice. Am about to buy some new kites, found a sick deal on two lf hifi comps 2010, but just got a message through from the seller saying that the inflation valve on one of them isnt holding the air and is 'annoying' to pump up, the guy said hed include a new le er free of charge, im just wondering how easy is it to fit, and how much would it cost to get fitted by a professional (would it be nessiscary) also would u try getney off the dea or should i stick with the origional price? Big thanks guys
rob91193
they are not much to fix maybe 30 40 quid for a pro like kitemare.co.uk and if the valve isnt holding air why not just add some glue to it for a quick fix
heres jonny
bladersa re a piece of cake to fit back on, just remove the one pump tubing from all the points, pull the bladder out make sure youve attached string to each end...once its out remove the string, tie it to the ends of the new bladder, pull the string through and push all the one pump connection points back through their respective holes connect one pump tubing with new cable ties and job done... may take a few tries to get it in with no twists, so pump it slowly to ensure you dont blow the bladder out with twists in it... kernow00warrior
it maybe that the valve stretched a bit, from pushin pump bit in too far. just whack a cable tie around it, worked a treat on mine. one pump is a doddle to put in,with 2 of you..... sprinkle of patience......... alot easier to line up with strut inflation points. im a d.i.y cabbage but i managed

conor
if it has just expanded i think you can heat it with steam and as it cools it shrinks?? not done it myself but i've seen something along those lines mentioned
Andy-j
and loads of talc powder so if you have any twists the blader does'nt stick together. you dont need to take the bladder all the way out if its only the inflate valve. just pull enough of the bladder out to remove/replace the valve!
