    like offshore, i too just got my 04 frenzy which came with no manual, and any online pdf manual, has minimal info and piss poor photographs. it is a dream to have finally flown this kite, and have not had any bad experiences with it yet, in fact i find this kite a blast to fly in gusts because it's so easy to correct them with the depower, i could never have imagined that some ppl say this is a bad kite to fly in gusty conditions... go figure. but it's interesting to have learned about how to use the trim, as i had no idea. can't wait to go play with it again. this weekend there is a snowkiting event which will feature ozone and peter lynn kites to demo, and there will be reps and sponsored riders on hand. i hope to come back with everything i want to know & then some: maybe i could submit a chapter of Frenzy flight school:) good stuff bushflyer
