Bought a 2m as a buggy storm kite and a trainer for my wife this week. Only flown it once in about 5-10mph. Never had so much static fun before! Really lovely smooth and nimble. Like Andy says, it flies more on the powerlines. I also needed to shorten the breaks a lot to get them dialling in. Would probably fly really nice on a bar too. Can't wait for 30mph plus in the bug!!

Love my 2.5, Chris's old kite :-). Them little ones are good 'uns for sure. Better than Butanes maybe ??? :-0

Re upwind performance. The sam leaves a little to be desired, but in theory the 2m will pull as well upwind as the 4m - in the right wind of course. You'd need a hell of a lot of it, at least 40mph+ IMO, to do anything meaningful upwind with the 2m sam on a board.

Fantastic review! Must be contender for review of the month. I hope this helps put U-turn on the map as they thoroughly deserve. I'm hoping to pick up a 2.5 second hand as an upgrade for my Bullet.
